Josh Lewsey called in on training on Tuesday evening at Redruth School.

About 15 Academy boys joined the first team squad in warm and sunny conditions, as Josh chatted with players and watching spectators, signing autographs and posing for pictures.
Josh, aged 30, played at the Redruth ground some years ago for England A v France A, and has recently bought a home in the area, taking up surfing and loves the Cornwall way of life.
He returns to the England fold this weekend when the squad assemble at Bath to prepare for the pre-World cup Wales friendly.
He is currently in the midst of a rigorous fitness regime, and ran a 15 minute session at the end of the evening with the Academy and some first team members.

Craig Bonds commented how pleased he was to see Josh come along, ” It’s a thrill for the Academy boys to have someone of Josh’s stature come along, taking time out to encourage and share some skills with them.”
Hambly said: “It was real good of him to come last night and speak to the young lads. I think it was a bit of a shock for them to see him turn up.
“No one really knew he was coming so it was a bit of a shock to a lot of people. We were launching the Academy and the Academy boys were training with the senior squad last night so I asked him if he could come along, and he was more than happy to do so.
“He’s a smashing bloke, a real nice guy and it was good to get him there. “Hopefully when the season arrives he’s going to come along and do a few sessions with us.
“Nothing is set in stone but he seems like a very approachable sort of person, hopefully it might be the start of something we can take further in the future, but that’s speculation more than anything at the moment.”
On the subject of the side in general Hambly added “We’re pretty much settled now, I’ve got enough selection problems as it is!
“The lads are getting there now, they’re not too far away, obviously you always like to be fitter, faster and stronger, but I can’t fault the guys’ effort, they’ve been fantastic with everything we’ve asked them to do.”
It was also Matt Stearn’s final training session as Assistant Coach at Redruth. Emotional farewells were said as Matt now departs for pastures new in Australia, joining his wife who is already there, and leaving behind many fond memories as Head of PE at Redruth School, a position that Club Captain Craig Bonds has now filled.
Hambly said, “I’ll miss him massively, not just as a fellow coach, but also as a friend. He’s brought a massive amount to the squad and lot of our success has been down to him. I wish him all the best with his new life in Australia and so does everyone else at the club.”
“There are no plans to get someone else in at the moment,” said Hambly. To replace Matt would be pretty much impossible. A few of the players will step up and do more coaching.
